House in Maleevo

The site in a small village Maleevo characterized by steep slope towards the river. House plan opens main rooms to the breathtaking views of the valley and stays closed from the road. This double-side idea drives the design and material choices. The facade is fully glazed and framed with open galleries from the riverside. Double-height windows extend living room, kitchen and bedrooms into the nature. On the opposite, from the entry side the house feels as something monolithic.
